Notar.ro is a platform that lets you find notary offices and make bookings online. Notar.ro is not a notary office and does not provide notarial services.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed by the chosen notary office. Cancellation or changes follow each office's policy, shown at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that affect its operation.

Limitation of liability

Notar.ro is not liable for the notarial services provided by offices, which are the sole responsibility of the notary.
