In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have a number of rights regarding your personal data processed by Notar.ro. Below is each right and how you can exercise it.
Right of access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, together with information about the purpose of processing.
Right to rectification
You can request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data, directly from the "My account" section or by request to us.
Right to erasure
You can request deletion of your account and anonymization of your personal data. Data tied to documents with legal value is retained as required by law.
Right to restriction of processing
You can request that processing of your data be limited in certain situations provided by law, for example while a complaint is being verified.
Right to data portability
You can receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transfer it to another controller.
Right to object
You can object to the processing of your data for direct marketing at any time, from your account preferences.
How to exercise your rights
Many of these actions can be done directly from "My account". For additional requests, write to us at gdpr@notar.ro; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
Supervisory authority
If you have concerns about how your data is processed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
